is this modular for different temperatures/

Yes. The patrol bag is for 35 fahrenheit and up, the intermediate bag is for negative 5 to 35 fahrenheit, and using both together is for negative 30 to negative 5.

Would this system fit someone who is 6’5”?

Based on our experience, I think it would be too tight for anyone over 6' 2''.

What condition are these in?

Used condition. They have been inspected for no major damage. May have markings, dirt, dust, and will show signs of us. All components will be functional.
