In fact, after we were shown this vest on a buying trip in Europe, Mr. Coleman liked it so much that he wore it the rest of the trip! The outside of the vest is a soft-shell water resistant material and the inside is soft fleece. The front zips and so do both pockets. This is a good quality, warm vest at an unbeatable value. Styles and embroidering may vary. Used, nice condition.
