Product Condition

Our products are unique and interesting. However, due to the authenticity of our merchandise, there may be minor imperfections, scratches, dents, smells, or other condition issues, some of which may be as a result of the products original manufacture, or its age, previous use, or storage and other varied conditions.

Right to Deny

Coleman’s Military Surplus, LLC reserves the right to deny any sale. Certain items offered require you to be at least 21 years of age (knives, machetes, fuses, slingshots, guns, ammo, and any other applicable merchandise). It is the purchaser’s responsibility to adhere to all of the local, state, federal and international laws, rules and regulations that may apply to all of our products. Your receipt of an electronic, or other form, of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

Free Gifts

FREE GIFTS from colemans.com – In order to qualify to receive a free gift, your order total must exceed our website order minimum of $14.00. Please be advised that if offered a free gift on the shopping cart page, such gifts are only available while supplies last. Gifts come with no warranty, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Coleman’s Military Surplus, LLC makes no guarantee that your selected gift will be available at the time your order ships. To receive a gift, you must opt in to receive the gift on our shopping cart page. To ensure the desired gift is selected, you must select it on the shopping cart page, and wait for a message that says your gift has been added to your order. (Your gift selection will be highlighted in green) Coleman’s Military Surplus, LLC shall not be held responsible for sending an order out which does not include the desired free gift. Free gifts are available online only. Free gifts are not available over via our mail order catalog, telephone, or eBay orders.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates purchased online may not be used at our physical store unless you have called, or e-mail us, a minimum of seven business days prior to visiting our store, which will allow us sufficient time to gladly convert your online certificate to a store certificate and send it to you via snail mail for use during your store visit. We can also hold your certificate until you arrive.

Brick and Mortar Store Gift Certificates
If you would rather purchase a gift certificate for our brick-and-mortar store, please give us a call or send us an e-mail rather than ordering an online gift certificate. All orders shipped via United Parcel Service and the United States Postal Service are subject to their respective shipping schedules, defined by the carrier. Please review these shipping schedules and be sure to place your order in accordance with them.

Pictures and Measurements
Due to the time consumed in handling requests for special product pictures or measurements to be taken, there is a $10 charge to take pictures or measurements for orders under $500.

Gift Shipment Invoices
We make every effort to accommodate customers sending orders as a gift, however omission of the order invoice is not always possible, and is not guaranteed.

Free Shipping
We can only offer our Free Shipping option, when applicable, to those customers shipping their orders within the continental United States. Coleman’s Military Surplus, LLC reserves the right to refuse free shipping service at any time.

Payment Methods

You may pay by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal (payable to [email protected]) , Check, Money Order or Wire Transfer.

International credit cards will not be accepted.

If paying by check, we will hold the order for a maximum of 14 days until the check clears.

C.O.D. orders are honored only to businesses.

All payments using any method must be made in U. S. funds.
Shipping – Domestic Orders

Domestic order default shipping is via UPS Ground or USPS. Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select are available upon request. Shipments other than UPS Ground or any USPS shipment will be processed the same day and leave with our afternoon UPS pickup, however if received after 2 pm, the order may not be shipped until next business day. UPS Ground shipments or any USPS shipment are shipped within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of your order.

Shipping – International Orders

Most of our international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.

You may also choose to use UPS for international shipping when ordering by telephone.

Payment methods for international orders will be chosen at our discretion. Payments must be made in US dollars. This is usually due to the region or area of the originating order. For most international orders methods of payments accepted are paypal, cashiers check, money order, or wire transfer.
We do honor APO and FPO orders. These will be shipped via the post office and may be paid via a US credit card, provided the billing address is within the United States.
Buyer is responsible for any and all customs paperwork, fees, shipping costs, inspections and adherence to any and all Local, State, Federal and International laws and treaties that may apply to the goods or it’s destination and will hold Coleman’s Military Surplus harmless.

Order Status & Shipping

We strive to ship all orders within 7-10 business days of order entry, however this is not a guarantee. Due to the nature of our industry we are not able to keep a 100% accurate inventory on all our stock, therefore, some of our products may be out of stock without notice or the ability to replenish. We apologize if this happens with your order, however, if there is a chance we are able to replenish, we ask you to be patient for it may take up to 4 weeks to fulfill. Delays may also be experienced if we have a high volume of orders placed ahead of your order, as we fill orders in the order they were received. If your item was backordered, you may choose to cancel your order before it has shipped for a full refund.

All customers have the option of in-store pickup. If customer chooses to ship an order using a 3rd party including, but not limited to UPS, USPS, or a freight carrier, the order becomes the responsibility of the selected carrier at the time it leaves our facility. Use of third party carriers should be done at customer’s own risk. Coleman’s Military Surplus, LLC shall not be held liable for non-delivery or any damage to order or package, and it is the customer’s responsibility to request and purchase the appropriate amount of shipping insurance before placing an order.

For credit card payments, an authorization or hold of funds will apply to your card until your order ships, at which point it will be charged.

If you provided an email during the ordering process, you should receive a tracking number from UPS.com via e-mail the day your order ships, please be patient as tracking numbers are not immediately issued. You can track your order from the link at the bottom of any of our store pages. Please have an order confirmation number invoice number, or shipping zip code ready.

We have made every effort to keep all descriptions accurate for all products, however, if you find that a product did not come to you as described please let us know so we can change our listing. It is sometimes difficult to keep accurate inventory of all products due to the quantity and suppliers of different products we have on hand. If you have a question, please ask us befor your order, we have a friendly phone staff and answer most e-mail questions in one business day or less, sometimes in just minutes!

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within less than 24 hours of order placement. If you wait any longer your order may have been processed. To cancel your order please call 888-478-7758 or 717-692-4444. Order cancellations may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If you do wish to cancel your order and it has shipped, just refuse delivery of the shipment and have it returned to us, however by doing this you will be charged the return shipping amount and a 10% restocking fee will be charged. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for shipping, unless the mistake is ours.

For shipments returned to us because of a circumstance out of our control, including, but not limited to wrong size ordered, or you simply don’t want the product, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Again, please note that we cannot refund shipping charges in this instance.

International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in all circumstances.
Receiving Damaged Goods

Please contact us immediately with your web order number or invoice number! If you received damaged goods when items are shipped via the Post Office you should write damaged goods on the delivery receipts and notify your post master for acknowledgement in writing. Return to us the damaged goods, copy of the invoice, the acknowledgement from the postmaster and a letter of explanation.

Also, please contact us immediately with your web order number or invoice number! If you receive damaged goods when items are shipped via UPS you should write damaged goods on the receipt, unless package was left at your residence, in this case you should notify your local UPS customer service representative and they will give you instructions on what to do. Do not send the damaged goods back to us for replacement. This will cause a hold up with the refunding/replacement process.

Returns, Refunds or Exchanges

Please contact us with your web order number or invoice number for a return authorization before shipping products back to us. When returning an item it must be returned in the same condition as it was received. It shall not be altered, laundered or soiled. We have a 30 day return policy in which the item must reach our facility within 30 days of the receipt of your items. Returns received after 30 days will be returned to you and you will be charged return shipping. We reserve the right to decline any return. We also reserve the right to refund using store credit in the form of an online gift certificate at our discretion. Coleman’s Military Surplus, LLC reserves the right to decline any return received without a return authorization number.

Please make sure you provide your return authorization number on the inside and outside of your box!

We reserve the right to refuse shipment or charge a 35% restocking fee on orders shipped back to us without a return authorization number clearly listed on the outside of the box. All shipping charges are non refundable.

All returns must include a copy of the invoice with an explanation of why the said item is being returned and how you would like the return handled. For shipments returned to us because of a circumstance out of our control, including, but not limited to wrong size ordered, or you simply don’t want the product, you will be issued a 10% restocking fee. Please note that in this instance, shipping charges are not refundable.

Items specifically marked as not returnable in their product descriptions cannot be returned under any circumstances.

All refunds may take up to 7-14 business days.

International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in all circumstances, along with compliance with any and all customs requirements and costs.

Military Surplus Notice

Coleman’s Military Surplus, LLC makes every effort to deliver quality goods at great prices, however due to the nature of the Military Surplus industry, some items (including, but not limited to used items) can have discoloration, smells, small scratches, dents, rips, tears, or corrosion. Also, all images listed are for representative purposes only, and may not exactly depict variations from item to item, or the exact item you should expect to receive. Many incoming shipments that come from the US government or other sources are mixed lots which may have been made by different manufacturers at different times and may vary from unit to unit. This is standard in the military surplus industry. We make every effort to keep this to a minimum and to be up front about the condition of our products. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us and ask the specific condition of an item prior to placing your order. Coleman’s Military Surplus, LLC unfortunately cannot waive restocking fees and shipping costs both ways in this instance.

Rewards Program & Discounts

Rewards are tied to your online account. If you request to delete your account, you forfeit any rewards points. Rewards are not guaranteed. Not redeemable for cash. Rewards expire one year after purchase. Rewards may not be combined with any discounts. Rewards are only available for online checkout and excludes items marked "call to order". Telephone or mail orders are not elegible for rewards. Coleman's Military Surplus, LLC reserves the right to revoke rewards points at their discretion for reasons including but not limited to refunds issued, fraud, etc. Rewards points expire at the point of use, and cannot be refunded or reinstated for any reason including product return. Coleman's Military Surplus, LLC reserves the right to discontinue or modify the rewards program at any time.

Discount or coupon codes may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions or rewards points, and are available online only. Discount or coupon codes are not available for items marked with a "call to order" designation.

Important Legal Notice

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws as they pertain to possession, use, transport, storage, sale or exchange of any items offered for sale by Coleman’s Military Surplus LLC, or its principles. Orders placed via the Internet will receive an order number and an automated e-mail confirmation receipt, however, all orders are subject to the acceptance and approval of Coleman’s Military Surplus LLC and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any and all orders at anytime prior to the actual time of shipment of the order.

We’ve made every effort to insure that descriptions and prices are accurate, however, specifications, color, legal restrictions, availability and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. In this event we will notify you of the change and request that you approve of the action or you may cancel the item.
