How do I earn points?
You earn points every time you make a purchase at Colemans.com. The more you spend, the more you earn through our VIP Club:
Bronze Tier (All members)
- 1 point per $1 spent
- Redeem points for discounts
- Birthday bonus
Silver Tier (Spend $200+)
- 1.25 points per $1 spent
- Redeem points for discounts
- Birthday bonus
Gold Tier (Spend $350+)
- 1.5 points per $1 spent
- Redeem points for discounts

Can I earn points by leaving reviews or sharing photos?
Yes. We reward feedback that helps other customers:
- Earn 25 points for leaving a product review
- Earn 50 points for adding a photo to your review (limit one photo review per day)
Points are awarded after submission is approved and published.
How can I check my point balance?
Just log into your account on Colemans.com. Your current point balance will be displayed in your dashboard.
How do I redeem my points?
At checkout, you’ll see the option to apply your available points toward your order. Every 100 points equals $10 off, and you can redeem up to 400 points ($40 off) per order. Choose how many points you’d like to use and enjoy instant savings on the gear you want.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Points expire 12 months after the date they’re earned. We’ll try to remind you before that happens, but it’s best to use them while they’re fresh.
Are there any restrictions on earning or using points?
Yes. Points:
- Can only be earned and redeemed online at Colemans.com
- Cannot be combined with other discounts, coupon codes, or special offers
- Are not earned on mail, phone, or custom orders
- Will be removed if an order is canceled or returned
- Have no cash value and can’t be transferred
Can I earn points on all items?
Most items are eligible, though some exclusions may apply, especially for items marked “custom order”.
What happens to my points if I return an order?
Rewards points are forfeited at time of purchase, rewards points are not refunded.
Can I use points with other discounts or promotions?
No. Points cannot be combined with other active promotions, discounts, or coupon codes.
