How in the heck does this item throw a prop65 warning? Or does it..? The form is confusing.

Everything gets a prop65 warning. The fine is too high for not including it so everything gets it. Have you also noticed that all food products are also now labeled as being made in a factory that also processes milk, soy and nuts. Lawyers have made all of the warnings valueless

does this have the us insignia stamped on it?

It has a US PAC FAB on the part that fastens handles to cup.
