Description
Used by the Yugoslavian/Serbian Army, made by Zrak Optics. These sight scopes are equipped with a rubber eye-cup and up & down elevation adjustment. Included with this monocular is the original leather storage/carrying case. Great addition to any militaria or optics collection. Unit measures 7” long x 4” wide. Case measures 7” x 4 ¼” x 4 ¾”. Used/Nice Condition. Both case and unit may have minor surface scratches. Genuine European Military Surplus.

what is the extra yellow ring inside for?
The yellow ring is designed to “brighten” your view when you look through it.
Other sites that sell this optic indicate it has 4x power, but no power is specified in your listing; and one review seems to doubt there is any magnification. What is the magnifying power, if any?
Without a doubt there is a magnification involved. I suspect it is a 4X power. The price at Colemans was the best price I found. I'm very happy with my purchase. It comes in a brown leather case with a shoulder strap, it is green like the mount and there is a yellow filter which screws onto the front lens.
Does it show range when you look through it?
No it does not.
