About how many liters would this bag’s specs translate to?

Very big bag I have stuffed 2 cold winter parkas ,2 aviator leather hats 2 German bibs and 2 German cold winter Jackets and 2 pairs of cold winter boots 4 pairs of socks in the boots plus boot sleeves big bag.

So this would be used like the FILBE Main Pack liner bag, but in the Army's MOLLE II Rucks?

I'm a 70's vintage Marine and I'm not familiar with what you described. I did look up the dimensions of a FILBE liner bag at it shows as 20.5Wx41H. This dry bag is roughly 28W by 36H. I didn't get it for a pack liner, although that's what it's made for.
