They are made of special MVP material which is the British Military’s Gore-tex like material. They are waterproof, windproof, and breathable. Their claim to fame is the easy on/easy off feature. They have an adjustable toggle string waist and a hook and loop easy access fly. They also have zippered expandable legs to slip into (or out of) these trousers without taking off your boots.
