Another rare military gem found by Coleman’s. Produced by TESLA Company for the Czech Military in the 1970s, this radio was ahead of its time. This radio was used for all levels of communication from vehicles, in the field, and at company levels. All components come packed in a Styrofoam box that slides into a rubber water resistant case. Radio and instructions are all written in Czech but there is much information scattered throughout the web regarding operating this radio. Used, good condition. We did not test these units, therefore we cannot guarantee the functionality. Genuine European Military Surplus. Limited Quantities!

Rf10 spare parts seems ive blown fuse between the battery and the radio. Any ideas for replacement removal etc

Hello! I found a fuse shown on the schematic, a 4A fuse. It is between the battery and the power switch. I don’t know where it is in the radio!

What's the channel spacing? Will they tune 47.42 Mhz?

I can not get the radio's to work sorry I can not help you

I have this radio. The quality is incredible. I had a battery pack made. After some testing, the transmitter is off frequency by 15 kHz. I can retune the local oscillator, if I knew where it is. Any help out there?

Have a look at these docs. http://www.wd8das.net/RF-10.html

Do you need two of these to communicate with someone? And how far of a distance will it work?

The frequency range of the RF-10 is 44.000-53.975MHz. The frequency allocation of the 6 meter amature radio band is 50.000-54.000 MHz, so you do not necessarily need two of the RF-10's to communicate, however to utilize the entire frequency range you would need two. Range up to 3 miles depending on terrain and other conditions. I do not recommend operating in those frequencies without an amature radio license.
