Difference between large mouth and small mouth jerry can?

the large mouth can has a bigger opeming for the spout (small mouth can has a smaller spout or nozzle). The large mouth pours much faster which is great when refueling any vehicle.

What's the width of the mouth of the can?

The width of the mouth of the can is 2-3/4 inches.

Are these coated internally?

Yes.

Is this the actual ValPro Military Line 20 liter fuel can? Not their civilian imitation under the Wavian brand? The one made with aluminized steel and with paint that reflects IR?

I cannot answer your question Jesse. Coleman's should be able to answer it since they sell them.

Any idea where to get spare gaskets for these large mouth cans, just to have a few spares laying around?

The German Wide mouth fuel canister has a "V" stamped into it, which means it was manufactured by a company named Valpro, which is based in Latvia, a NATO member country. They have a web site, in which you may contact them, and ask them would they have some left-over gaskets on the shelf. If not, we may have to make them.
