I know the description says genuine surplus, where is it made?

I do not recall any tag with the designation of provenance in or on the cap, though to the Swiss such a label would be a redundancy. Switzerland is one of the most sovereignty-conscious and autonomous nations on earth, also declining and resisting membership in the EU. It is a given that this nation supplies its military with its own indigenous industry to every extent possible. I have been to that beautiful country and also I have some Swiss ancestry. My problem with the cap is that it has a low crown, making it sit shallow on the top of my head. Eventually I will take it to the local charity flea-market store. It is a quality cap made of heavy gabardine wool fabric, so someone will be very happy to have it.

Do they all have the "Maiden" logo in them?

Mine includes the Maiden logo on the inner liner.
