U.S. G I. IFAK Pouch, ACU

This IFAK (Improved First Aid Kit) pouch attaches to a MOLLE pack and was used by the Marines to carry their medical supplies. It is the perfect size to carry your luxuries with you during a hike, a bike ride, or a hunting excursion. Measuring 7” high x 5 ½” long x 3” wide. If you notice the straps on the back of this pouch you can also attach this to a pistol belt or regular belt.
