What is the material composition, how thick and how much does it weigh, grommets or cord ties? Does it have an opening for the head, or does it just wrap around the shoulders? Which poncho is best suited for this liner?

I ordered MARPAT color liner. It is the newer version with the zipper installed to make it a lightweight sleeping bag. The outside material is nylon ripstop similar to parachute material, MARPAT DIGITAL camo. The inner color is a coyote tan or flat dark earth color. It has shoe string style attachment points to be tied into grommets of a poncho. There isn't a "neck hole" in these. When fully unzipped, it makes a a large blanket (I would say a full size bed). I do not have an actual weight, but overall it is very lightweight. I hope this help answer the questions you had. Chris
