Description
This U.S. military issue traction/tension device is capable of 10 lbs. of pull. Featuring a 5' spring loaded plastic-coated steel cable housed in a durable plastic case. Swivel snap hook and easy adjusting strap for securing. Originally used for therapeutic exercise, or a bone fracture traction apparatus. We think these can have many uses, such as keeping tension on an object while having both hands free to work.
