Description

The combat scythe has seen extensive deployment in Afghanistan was adopted by the United States Marine Corps. The Marines made the combat scythe to cut down the threat of injury or death when investigating possible IEDs. If they came across an ant trail or agitated earth, they would call up the scythe and investigate the suspected area. An ant trail isn’t a literal ant trail, it is disturbed soil covering a wire, pulls cords or even hidden pressure plates. That’s why we are proud to introduce the Mithix Pro Telescoping Hybrid Pole Kit, also known as the Sickle Stick. Kit includes: Seven-Section Telescopic Pole, Coyote MOLLE carry pouch and hook set. It has an open length of 14 ft, a collapsed length of 36” and made from a sturdy, strong carbon fiber material. Includes an integrated hook coupler with pins for hook pulling or for hook setting with pins removed. The pole kit comes complete with carry case, hooks, carabiner, and pockets to house all components in an operational ready state. Now I know what you’re saying to yourself “I don’t have to worry about such things in my local hometown.” That may be true, but this kit could be easily improvised on the jobsite to assist with lifting heavy containers to a roof or maybe if you get your expensive fishing lure stuck in your favorite fishing hole. A combat scythe is a good tool; it saves lives. Or at least can give that tactical advantage when you wish your arms were a few feet longer while out practicing your favorite outdoor pursuit. Black. NSN# 5340-01-686-5553. Genuine US Military Surplus. Original government cost over $700.00. MADE IN THE USA. Limited quantities.
