I was just wondering what the interior deminsions are

The rain fly had holes, and looked used.

Is this a 3 pole system? In the photo it appears to have a center ridge pole for the rain fly. If so i am buying one. 3 poles would make this thing high wind tolerant

Yes it is a three pole system.

Is this tent a new item? Is it unused? What's the condition?

New old stock..... Great condition. Needs to be set up and aired out. Couple minor delamination of seam seal tape.. super easy to fix with a small iron.... Very pleased with purchase.

Can tall people use this tent? I am 6'4".

Yes, but the center height is rather low. I am also 6'4", and I cannot sit up in the tent. It is plenty long enough, although you lose some room at the very ends by your head and feet as the walls slope...only a problem if you sleep on your back!
