I am 6'2, 260lbs. I want to wear this over my plate carrier. Would a 2xl be large enough or should I go with 3xl?

Coleman's has no idea how to read or sell European sizes, and even admitted it to me on the phone later. Bottom line, their largest size 3XL sold it's about a US large, and they charged me shipping to return their falsely portrayed 3XL size, they promised a refund of the shipping charge and failed to provide that either.... Avoidance is the best choice.

I am 6ft tall and weigh 235 lbs with a little old guy gut. Would an XXL be a good choice? An XL in a m65 American made jacket fits fine but I am told that European sizes run smaller.

Even though European sizes usually run smaller than US sizes, I'm pretty sure the sizing options are in US sizes and going off of the one I received they run a little big. I'm 6ft and about 200 lbs and ordered a XL and it ended up being way too big on me and I ended up needing to get a smaller one. I would suggest maybe trying a large.

How do sizes run in these ? The pics make them look to be cut slightly below waist, and sleeves look decently long.

The sizes, or at least mine, runs quite large. These are cut pretty low and will cover your upper thighs, though the sleeves fit well. Just keep in mind that these were meant as overcoats and are meant to be larger than normal jackets.

Do they all come with Czech flag?

I bought two parkas. One had the Czech flag the other did not. The one with the Czech flag appeared to be the older version of the parka.

Is this waterproof or water resistant in any way?

The coat is water resistant. If you are out in the weather for a bit it will soak through.
