As Italian troops increasingly saw deployment in arid regions such as Somalia, the Italian military devised this unique “mimetico deserto” camouflage pattern. The pattern is well suited for a variety of environments, not just limited to desert. In regular use for over 15 years, this BDU set was well liked by Italian troops due to its comfortable yet heavy duty 100% cotton construction. The top features sleeve pockets, one interior pocket, button front, adjustable button cuffs, and removable Italian crest. Velcro name and rank patches allow you the wearer to customize the top. The trousers feature zip-up fly, two large cargo pockets, two rear pockets, and elastic ankle cuffs. This is a great price for a high quality, unissued BDU set, don’t miss it!
