Description
This NATO Military Trench Shovel is made with the same specifications at the U.S. G.I. Entrenching shovel. This military entrenching tool is commonly known as the Tri-Fold Shovel or E-tool. The NATO Military Trench Shovel is a favorite for military men all over the world and also a tool of choice among, campers, hikers, survivalists, and even gardeners.

This used NATO Military Trench Shovel is olive drab in color, measure 23 inches in length, and weighs under 3 pounds. This sturdy military entrenching tool can not only dig a trench, but it can chop a root and is equipped with 2 serrated edges for sawing and slicing. These military shovels are known as a tri-fold shovel because they fold into three sections which can be freely positioned for different applications. Each military trend shovel can also fold into its own rubberized compact case.

This particular military entrenching tool was a NATO shovel manufactured for the Bundeswehr, or the German Armed Forces. This piece of Bundeswehr surplus is indicated by the "BUND" stamped on the handle. The NATO NSN number also has a 12 as the country code which also indicates Germany. Be sure to shop Coleman's Military Surplus for other military shovels amongst our wide selection of camping equipment and other tools.

NOTICE: These are not cheaply made reproductions. These are rugged dependable shovels made to handle hard work.
