This go bag is the main pack for the Aircraft Personnel Survival System. It would be filled with life saving items necessary for pilot survival situations. Ideal size to make your own bug out bag or survival kit. Plenty of MOLLE webbing for smaller pack attachments. This versatile bag features two unpadded shoulder straps, heavy duty carry handle, one large inside compartment, and one small inside compartment. Durable and long lasting, this bag is constructed of 1000D water resistant nylon Cordura. Measures approximately 17’’ x 9’’ x 6’’. Unused condition. MADE IN USA. NSN# 1680-01-610-5377. How many liters is this bag?
I’d say 12-15L. It’s not super big.

I don't know about overseas shipping on this item - I suggest calling Coleman's customer service. I'm located Colorado, USA so shipping was not a question for me.
I purchased several of these bags. Very high quality and well made. Definitely recommend them, should last a long time.
What are the demensions
About 18”x8”x5”. There’s a pouch inside sewn to the back panel that goes to the bottom and the straps are stowable behind the outside of the back panel. High quality bag. Use the molle webbing as a size reference. I run an m50 pro mask accessory bag on the exterior surface to carry a sidearm with magazines and use the interior of the go bag for a couple of meals, warming layers, and basic survival kit
