Is there any sizing guide to go along with medium, large and extra large? I will definitely buy if I can figure out which size I need.

There is good information about sizing in the reviews: “ As stated in other reviews, they run large, but not surprising as they are an overpant. One reviewer said order two sizes smaller. I don’t find this to be true. I am 5’ 8”, 175, wear a 34-35 waist jean. I have a 30” inseam. The medium fits big in the waist and thigh, but the length is good. Certainly not too big for an overpant. Plenty of room underneath for layers such as the Polartec fleece bibs.” “ These are brand new, they are a size LR, I am between XL and 2XL , these fit fine even with pants and ECW level 2 pants underneath. The price is spot on after shopping around, couldn't beat the price. Great to have if you live where it is cold, there's loops for suspenders if you need them , I would recommend if anyone looking for cold weather pants.” “ Everything was just as described in the catalog. I’m 5’-9”, 185 pounds and medium seems to fit just right. Probably will wear with suspenders. Fast shipping!” “ Tried the large and medium. 5'11" 185. Large was very big on me even with layers so i opted for the medium which was perfect. I will still need suspenders most likely.” “ I'm 5'1 and wiegh 155. Medium works well. Gently used.” “ I'm 5'11" and 225 the large fit fine.”

How cold can these go down to?

I’m sorry I can’t give you a very good answer because here in Michigan where I live the weather hasn’t got any colder than 13° and I was sweating in that

Are these the gen3 ecws pant?

I don't know; they are similar to the cold weather gear issued by the USMC, but not Marine Corps gear. They are good quality and will keep you from freezing.

can these pants be put on without raising a single foot. Are they fully zipped from to to bottom, both legs.

They do have full length side zips on the outside of both legs, but the pants don't come fully apart to two pieces. You can put them on with boots on by zipping the top zipper down to about half-way, and the bottom zipper up to about half-way, so you have lots of room for your boots to fit through and lots of room at the top of the pant for around your waist. However, let's say you had skis on and you wanted to put the overpants on... That won't work, because the pants don't fully come apart to two separate pieces. I hope that helps.
