This litter securely supports up to 350 pounds of carrying power. Also includes multiple convenient access points that allow for medical personnel to assess & treat the patient at the point of the injury. Features eight robust reinforced carrying handles that distribute the weight evenly and make for easier movement of the patient. The highly absorbent cellulose core material wicks fluids away from the patient.
