They were originally used to carry fragile objects, but would make a great carry case for all sorts of items. Pictured with the foam inserts, which are easily removable/replaceable, so you can store anything you like. With the foam removed, the inside dimensions are approx. 9 ½” by 15 ½” by 2 7/8” per each side. The aluminum top is held on by 4 latches (2 on each side) which when unlatched this entire lid lifts from the lower part. These cases have a gasket in the lid. This is a good carrying case for your pistol or scope. Color: OD or Black. Used condition, but still has a long life ahead of them. MADE IN THE U.S.A.
