Are these suitable for .22 thru .45 call? (Even doubled up or more)

Yes.

what diameter and length are these wicks?

I'm not sure my answer got to you so I'm trying this too. The wicks are approximately 3/16" in diameter and 6 3/4" long. They can be doubled, tripled, etc. or cut in two pieces(????) depending on what you need. The number is plenty to last a normal shooter many, many years. As they were made for the military they are nice. Hope this helps.
