Can it work with used motor oil?
no, just gasoline, kerosene or diesel
Is this compatible with the H-45 tent stove
No not the same stove you would have to modify the burner assembly to make it fit get the correct burner assembly for your stove. Having a fire in the middle of the night is not fun
Can you run Off road Diesel in this stove with the burner kit?
Yes
Could this be used in conjunction with a Chrysler Airtemp 1945 squad stove? I’m missing some hardware.
I looked at some pictures of the squad stove, that looks like a cook stove, this is a tent heater. Some of the parts that connect to the fuel can look the same, but the guts of the burner as well as the controls look different. Check some images to be sure for you, but most of the parts don't look interchangeable.
