Can you run Off road Diesel in this stove with the burner kit?

Yes

Could this be used in conjunction with a Chrysler Airtemp 1945 squad stove? I’m missing some hardware.

I looked at some pictures of the squad stove, that looks like a cook stove, this is a tent heater. Some of the parts that connect to the fuel can look the same, but the guts of the burner as well as the controls look different. Check some images to be sure for you, but most of the parts don't look interchangeable.
