How big of an area Will this unit cool
They are rated for 6000 BTU of cooling capacity. This will vary from place to place with differing results based on a number of factors including building insulation and outside temperature. A quick internet search with show charts with estimated BTU ratings and recommended room sizing.
Why doses it not come whit a power cord
These are surplus, and cords were not provided when they were obtained. We are not a manufacturer and do not have a relationship with this manufacturer.
