This is one of those rare tools that we don’t come across to often but should be in everybody’s toolbox. Manufactured for our military to cut electrically charged barbed wire, soft and medium hard metals up to ¼’’ diameter, and chain links up to Brinell 300. Hand operated parrot-break jaw compound lever with insulated hand grips. Made by Wright Tool Co. We bought these in an unused condition, however some may have slight surface rust.
