How would you describe the color? Is it more of a brown or green? Or if you know exactly what the name given for instance olive drab or coyote. I know sometimes photographs won’t represent how it looks in person. Many thanks

what model # Pelican Storm case is This ?

The product I received was an apparently brand new TELOS P/N 25627-08-005 Rev. K, that included 'kaizen foam' configured for some unknown object. The large bottom piece was simply removed by pulling it out, though the upper (lid) piece was securely attached with adhesive and took a little work for removal/clean-up.

Is the lid hinged, or are there latches all the way around, making the lid completely removable? It's hard to tell from the pictures.

The lid is hinged, plus has four sturdy over-center latches.

Is this case capable of being locked

Yes, beside each of the front latches are hasps for padlocks.
